KROWERA PROJECT
In the hills behind the thriving country township of Loch sits this Passive House designed home. Obeachy Designs worked with these thoughtful and clever clients who had clear visions of what they dreamed of. We created a final result that we are all extremely proud of! Obeachy Designs also did the laundry, floating bathroom vanities, incorporated strip sensor lighting, integrated fridge, dishwasher and rangehood and always much more!
This Kitchen is the hub and heart of this iconic property!
OUTTRIM PROJECT
Here is an extensive butlers and full kitchen in a timeless style we helped our amazing Clients of the Outtrim Project create in their gorgeous vintage farm house perched high in the hills.
The challenges of retro fitting in older established houses is something we love at Obeachy Designs and especially when we achieve a result like this!
We love sourcing high end fittings and appliances, working with colour pallets and design principals that make a kitchen not only look amazing, but flow in function and usability.
This Kitchen is a fabulous addition in such a beautiful vintage home!
BROADWATER PROJECT
Upgrading the Kitchen, Bathroom, Robe and second Bathroom in this coastal property included working with the existing slate flooring, and assisting our clients to colour match, design and finish to the high standard Obeachy Designs is known for.
From high end Appliances like the Qasair intelligent range hood to the soft close function Blum fittings we make sure that every gap, finish and peice of each project is just right!

Jayme gave a first design as a ‘talking point’ and then in conversation with Lyn produced a number of designs that eventuated in what you’ll have seen at our place.
Special note of the quality of ancillary tradesmen… e.g… electricians… painters..plumbers etc…. all ….On Time.. always cleaned up after their work … and friendly and cheerful.
In fact we have swapped to these tradesmen from those we had used earlier.
We continue to be glad that we agreed with her strong suggestion that we use a higher quality
( German) hardware than ‘the usual industry quality’ hinges and runners.
The follow up post installation was / is excellent…
Our budget was $30,000 and she came in on-time and under budget. .. there was no ‘talking up’ the costs…..And within that the standard has been quality quality quality in manufacture, installation and service.
